Parker Tide Corp., with our subcontractors STG International, Inc. and Kelly Anderson & Associates, Inc., has been awarded a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Office of Human Capital (OHC) to provide Human Capital Management analysis, consulting, administrative, and professional services.
The DHS ICE HR BPA is designed to offer Human Resources Support Services that encompass the full spectrum of HR strategic and operational services and solutions in Washington, DC, Dallas, TX, Laguna Niguel, CA, and other ICE locations. Team Parker Tide will support ICE in accomplishing its mission over the next five years by developing and implementing strategies to optimize organizational effectiveness, improve processes, and increase customer satisfaction.

Parker Tide Corp., acting as Prime Contractor, purposefully aligned with two subcontractors that have demonstrated synergies with Parker Tide – STG International, Inc. and Kelly Anderson & Associates, Inc. As one of the awardees of this DHS ICE HR BPA, Team Parker Tide will now compete with four other Prime Contractors on future task orders released by ICE.
