Parker Tide is headquartered in Washington, DC and provides human resources (HR) support, personnel security, strategic solutions and staff augmentation, nationwide. Parker Tide has an excellent Past Performance record and a reputation of being fast, effective, and cost efficient. Parker Tide maintains three General Services Administration (GSA) Schedule Designations: HR Services (Schedule 738X), 00CORP – The Professional Services Schedule (PSS) SIN 874-6, Acquisition Management Support, and Temporary Administrative and Professional Staffing (TAPS, Schedule 736). Parker Tide’s past performance utilizing these contracting vehicles is impressive. Parker Tide has provided services to all 15 Cabinet-Level Federal Departments. In fact, Parker Tide has provided services to over 50 Federal customers since its inception.

Our Company is owned by Anthony W. Parker.  Mr. Parker is responsible for the strategic direction and overall management of Parker Tide.  Mr. Parker is a Vietnam Veteran, U.S. Navy.  He received his undergraduate degree from Harvard College and his J. D. and Masters in Tax Law from Georgetown Law Center.  Formerly, Mr. Parker held the position of Executive Assistant to the Administrator of the US Small Business Administration and has over 25 years’ experience in finance and human resources.  The Parker Tide team consists of a diverse staff with over 40 years combined experience in our industry.

We offer an experienced team of HR professionals that have worked in HR for numerous Federal agencies. Parker Tide also has extensive corporate experience providing Personnel Security Support Services to our Federal customers. We have played a major role in the success of multiple Federal customers’ background investigation and adjudicative services programs. Parker Tide has been successful because we understand the distinct challenges of performing security adjudication and administrative services in the most sensitive and secure environments. The Personnel Security services we provide our Federal customers includes data entry and scanning of personnel security information into databases; pre-hire and HSPD-12 security processing; personnel suitability and fitness processing; national security clearance processing; initiating and reviewing security clearance investigations in e-QIP; maintaining sponsor roles in USAccess; performing suitability and national security risk assessments; providing suitability-related training; adjudicating background investigations; providing administrative support managing workflow of background investigations; collecting personal information (PII); processing investigations; conducting additional criminal history research as needed; conducting security briefings, and managing related records.
