Anthony W. Parker, President
Mr. Parker is the founder and President of Parker Tide and he leads the strategic direction and overall management of the company.
Mr. Parker is on the Board of and Chairman of the Audit Committee of Gladstone Capital (GLAD), Gladstone Investment (GAIN), Gladstone Commercial (GOOD) and Gladstone Land (LAND), all NASDAQ listed companies with assets in excess of $3 billion. Mr. Parker is a member and the Vice Chairman of the Board of Visitors of the U. S. Naval Academy and is a Board Member of the Bishop Walker School for Boys in Anacostia.
He is a Vietnam Veteran, a former U.S. Naval officer, received his undergraduate degree from Harvard College, and his J.D. and Masters in Tax Law from Georgetown Law Center. Mr. Parker has over 35 years experience in law, finance, and human resources.
Tony Abrams, Director of Business Development, Personnel Security
Mr. Arthur “Tony” Abrams III is a member of the Business Development team for Personnel Security Operations. A recognized Subject Matter Expert in the national security arena, he uses his 30-plus years of experience to lead business development efforts in multiple security disciplines to include: HSPD-12, Personnel Security; Information and Computer Security; Counter-Intelligence operations; and security operations policies and procedures. Tony was Director of Counter-Intelligence Branch at USIS before starting his consultant business. A retired Air Force veteran of 21 years, he has managed and led government and private sector security programs at both the senior executive and operational levels. Tony has earned three Associates Degrees, a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice, Park University and a Master’s Degree in International Studies and Research in Management, Webster University.
Richard Dolan, Senior Program Manager
Mr. Richard Dolan is the Senior Program Manager for Parker Tide. Richard oversees all program management and recruitment strategy for the company. Richard has 18 years of experience in human resources, recruitment, and project management. He earned a Bachelor’s Degree from Dickinson College in Carlisle, PA.
Deanne Smith-Perry, Senior Program Manager
Ms. Deanne Smith-Perry is the Senior Technical Recruiter for Parker Tide. Deanne ensures client projects run effectively and efficiently. She has over 10 years of recruiting experience specializing in the intelligence community with extensive expertise in IT consultants, special operations, analysts, and linguists with high-level Full Scope Lifestyle Polygraph security clearance for various contracts. She has experience and knowledge recruiting short and long-term contractors in multiple locations and is responsible for high-volume, fast-paced, full life cycle recruiting.
Debra Colson, Office Manager
Ms. Debra Colson is the Office Manager for Parker Tide. Debra is Parker Tide’s employee liaison as it relates to payroll, benefits, and travel planning. She is our client contact for invoicing, purchase cards, and accounts payable. She has over 20 years of experience in administration and customer service. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Morgan State University, Baltimore, Maryland.
Cary Iden – Senior Program Manager, Personnel Security
Mr. Iden is the Senior Program Manager of Personnel Security for Parker Tide. With 22 years of National Industry Security Program (NISP) experience, Cary is widely recognized as a Subject Matter Expect in National Security policy and procedures, Personnel Security Management, Industrial Security and for innovative solutions. Most recently, Cary served as the Senior Program Manager for the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) Personnel Vetting, Continuous Vetting and Adjudications.
