Parker Tide Corporation Trusted Workforce 2.0 Contract with FMCS
Parker Tide Corp., a leader in government security solutions, is proud to announce that it has been awarded the contract to support the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service (FMCS) in the implementation of the Trusted Workforce 2.0 (TW2.0) initiative.
The Trusted Workforce 2.0 initiative is a comprehensive effort to modernize and streamline the federal personnel vetting process, ensuring timely onboarding and continuous vetting of federal employees and contractors. Parker Tide will leverage its lifecycle vetting, security, and workflow automation expertise to assist FMCS in transitioning to this new framework, which is critical for maintaining a secure and responsive workforce.

The contract will see Parker Tide deploying its expertise in business process improvements and security program management to support FMCS’s Office of Security and Continuity of Operations. The project aims to align FMCS to federal standards and requirements, secure its workforce, and enhance the effectiveness of TW 2.0 working with the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) and interagency partners in the public and private sector.
