I wanted to pass along my appreciation and sincere thanks to the Tide team. They have been doing an excellent job on the new hires, especially ensuring that nothing falls through the cracks and where there are issues she has been extremely diligent in providing timely responses. Their knowledge and understanding of the systems and the new process cannot go unnoticed and I would like to thank you for all their efforts in resolving so many new hires issues for us. They are customer service focused, timely in her service delivery, is always looking for a solution, she and understands the importance of “urgency” and “resolution”. HC appreciates all their efforts in particular and that of the new hire processing team.
