Parker Tide is excited to announce Martin Rathmann as Chief Operating Officer to oversee service delivery and corporate development to support our growing customer base. He brings over 15 years of experience serving federal customers, developing new capabilities, and expanding to new markets.

Most recently, Mr. Rathmann spearheaded corporate growth and business development at GAP Solutions, Inc., expanding support to its Department of Defense and Federal Civilian customers. His expertise includes managing a diverse business portfolio and delivering professional services and workforce solutions for large-scale programs. Mr. Rathmann will work with our talented teams across the company to continue providing our customers with exceptional service.
